Last updated: 8 November 2026. This policy applies to this website and to the mobile apps published by YNAILT Limited on the Apple App Store and Google Play, unless an app has its own privacy policy.

Data we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address and the content of your messages.
- Account data inside our apps, where an app requires registration.
- Technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version and crash reports.
Why we use it
To provide and support our apps and services, answer requests, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests and, where required, your consent, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host or operate our systems on our behalf, under data processing agreements, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ynailt.com. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Account deletion
To delete an account created in one of our apps, use the delete option inside the app or email info@ynailt.com from the address linked to the account. We delete the account and its data within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.
Terms of Use
By using this website or an app published by YNAILT Limited you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded the app from.
- Our apps are provided for lawful use only. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell them.
- Content and trademarks in our apps belong to YNAILT Limited or to the clients for whom the apps were built.
- We work to keep our apps available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
